Dr. Rick chose chiropractic as his profession, inspired by his father’s 45-year career as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Throughout his development as a track and field athlete, he experienced multiple injuries. Chiropractic care reduced his recovery time without drugs or surgery and kept him running. He witnessed the effectiveness of chiropractic firsthand.
Dr. Rick grew up in Lancaster, Ohio. He graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri with his Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology degrees. In part, he holds certifications in Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique, Athletic Injury management and Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology.
Dr. Rick values improving patients’ lives by relieving pain and enhancing function without drugs or surgery. He finds the transformative impact of chiropractic care truly rewarding.
Dr. Rick holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the Berklee College of Music and a Master of Music degree from The Ohio State University. He enjoys performing with local music groups in the central Ohio area. He serves as an adjunct professor in the Departments of Music and Biological Sciences at the Ohio University Lancaster campus. He resides in the Lancaster area with his family.
