Dr. Caleb Horn

A native of Baltimore, Ohio, Dr. Caleb Horn graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic with his Doctorate and Bachelor of Science degrees in 2023. During his time at Palmer, Dr. Caleb served as a campus guide and clinical radiology intern. Chiropractic was introduced to him through 4-H. As an active member of the Fairfield County 4-H program, he showed beef cattle and experienced chiropractic through animals. He found that chiropractic highlights the body’s ability to heal itself naturally, providing the proper conditions by having an optimally functioning nervous system. Dr. Caleb is privileged to serve his hometown communities, adults and children alike, with chiropractic care.
